Playing the golden example run: one brief, about 4.5 hours of build compressed into seconds.
The step before Figma, Lovable, Cursor or a dev team.
The pitch problem
Getting from a client's idea to something they can react to takes weeks of workshops, mockups, proposals and back-and-forth. Most of it is unpaid pitch work, done before you know whether the prospect will go ahead.
How it works · one real run
Brief in, demo out. Your client marks up what they want. Here's one real run, using Cedarline Digital's brief for a fitness studio's booking app.
Watch it as an 80-second film01 · Make
A short form, not a chat. You say what the app does, who uses it, the must-have features and how it should look. Then you submit and walk away. Nobody will ask you questions mid-build.
02 · Make
Seven phases run unattended. Each one shows its status, the requirements it covers and a preview once that preview has passed validation. If something goes wrong we say so plainly. We don't fake a finish.
“Instructor demo login failed after two repair attempts. Evidence attached. This run isn't complete and nothing can be shared.” That's what you'd see. Never a fake green tick.
03 · Share
You review the package, confirm a five-point checklist and then switch the link on. The demo goes live on your own verified domain, fully white-labelled. Your client needs no account and sees no ydemos branding.
04 · Refine
Your client clicks any part of the app, circles or draws on it, adds a note and sends it, live or in their own time. You get the note with its exact location and, if they agreed to analytics, what they looked at.

The film
Watch Cedarline Digital's brief become a working, white-labelled demo, and the client's first CX-Pen note land in the inbox. Drawn from the real product screens.
Everything included · $299
The working app is the centrepiece. Everything around it is there so you can explain the idea and take it further. The deliverables are consistent with each other and traceable back to your brief.
Objective, users and roles, requirements, sitemap, journeys, scope and build direction.
Colour, type, spacing and component styling, applied consistently across every artefact.
An original SVG mark. Generated, so check trademark clearance before using it in production.
A responsive page in the generated brand, with copy grounded in your brief.
Journeys for every role, with entry points, decisions, empty and error states.
Every screen the must-have flows need, each tagged with its requirement.
Structure, data entities, role access, sequence, tests and known limits.
A polished app with a demo login for every type of user and realistic, fictional data.
A ZIP with source, assets, documents and a README. Yours to keep and take further.
Proof, not promises
Every piece of the delivery is something you can open, click or download. These cards show the golden example run for Cedarline Digital.

The demo is hosted on your own link and presented under your brand. The client's whole journey is yours, from the address bar to the feedback confirmation.
YOUR UPCOMING CLASSES
● Fictional studio and records · SEED
Your client sees your domain, your agency name and the neutral AI disclosure. Nothing else.

What stays human
You choose what to pitch, run the client conversation, interpret CX-Pen feedback and take the files into Figma, Cursor or a dev team. A demo makes an idea easy to react to. It doesn't decide what your client should fund.
Honest by design
Sharing an AI-built demo puts your client relationship on the line. These rules exist so you're never caught out.
We only call it done when every deliverable is present, every must-have is traced, the app runs and every role logs in.
If a safety or build problem stops a reliable delivery, the run is marked blocked or failed, with the evidence. It’s never dressed up as finished.
Anything we infer is labelled as an inference. It never appears as a decision your client made.
Every seeded person and record is made up. No real people’s data, no real payments, no live third-party connections.
A five-point checklist with linked evidence. The client link stays off until you confirm it.
They see a neutral AI disclosure under your name. Analytics only run with their consent. No ad pixels, ever.
Pricing
You pay for a delivered demo, not access to a builder. Price each pitch up front with no recurring fee.
$299 USD

No subscription. No add-ons. No charge for team seats or client viewers.
It's the same full offer as a paid build. You need a verified business email and a brief for a real client project. A ydemos admin reviews each request before production starts.
Questions
More on builds, sharing, data and ownership in the full FAQ.
Read the full FAQNo. You submit one structured brief and walk away. There are no prompts, revision rounds or meetings during production, and we don’t ask you questions mid-run. If something is too ambiguous to deliver reliably, the run is marked blocked or failed. It’s never quietly filled in with guesses.
The standard build time is about four to five hours. The plan is 4 hours 30 minutes, with a hard limit of 300 minutes. That’s a target, not a guarantee for every brief, and you can watch each phase on your dashboard.
No. The demo runs on your own verified domain with no ydemos name, logo, link or fallback URL. Your client sees a neutral line: “AI-generated demo; discuss it with [your agency]”.
Never. CX-Pen notes come to your inbox, pinned to the exact screen and element. You decide what they mean and what happens next.
No. It’s a polished working demo with fictional data, and it’s the step before Figma, Lovable, Cursor or a dev team. The file bundle gives you a real starting point to take further.
